Neida did a phenomenal job in understanding our needs and wishes. She took this knowledge and built a plan for us to tour several different houses. We felt a particular house was the one we wanted, but felt we should continue to see houses. Neida walked us through the entire process with intelligence and tenacity. She explained unknown language or stipulations and aided us in achieving purchasing the house we originally felt was it! Without her kindness and knowledge of the market, we would have been lost!

Neida had been working with for over the past 5 years. A little stoppage due to covid. She would still send listings during that time. We were finally able to find the right piece of property. I would not have had the patience go through this with a client. But she did. And I owe her a debt of gratitude.

Neida was such a delight to work with. Me and my wife were first time buyers and she made us feel so comfortable through the whole home buying process. Whenever we had a question, she always had an answer. When it came to negotiating with the sellers about the house, she did a very good job communicating what we needed.
