I would have been interested but Neil Tevez was absolutely rude and said can I call you back and hung up the phone on my face!!! And no call back. I’ve never encountered an agent this rude and unprofessionalI. I will give my business to people that are willing to help out a client!

Completely unprofessional. I made an appointment on Monday to view a property on Saturday, and after not hearing a confirmation from him on Friday as promised, I reached out to Neil by email and a few hours later by phone. He said he was no longer available and when I asked if he was planning to let me know (it was 6pm and I don't live local), he then decided to act as if we never had an appointment. He then went on to say I was supposed to confirm with him, and a few other things that didn't make sense. Then he told me to work with another realtor because of my attitude, and not to call him again. Completely delusional! This would be my 3rd house purchase and I've never encountered someone so confused and unprofessional!

I just want to say that I have not met a more professional, knowledgable and on time agent like Neil and his associate. He took the time to explain everything to me about the house and re showed the house to us twice with the same consistency. Thank you again for the great service. We hope to get into a house this year and use you as the agent.

I have found Mr. Tevez to be very knowledgeable and more importantly willing to go the extra mile in finding and closing a difficult transaction. I am presently looking for another house and will be using him again.
