Nick helped us to find our new home as well as sell our existing home. . He was so helpful with all of our questions and helped us every step of the way. With his selling strategy, our house was sold the same day it became available for showing. We couldn't have been happier with the process in both transactions.

Nick was my sellers agent and I’m SO HAPPY I found him. I was selling a probate home and doing it from out of state so I needed someone who was incredibly knowledgeable, reliable, communicative, and proactive. That was Nick and then some. He told me to list it 10% higher than the Zillow estimate at the time. I thought he was out of his mind but obviously didn’t argue. So we did, got 6 offers in the first 2 days, and closed in a month. I did almost nothing the whole time, Nick arranged everything and just made a complicated process feel too easy.

Nick is a complete professional who guided us through what could have been a very daunting process. His experience and honesty is what impressed us the most especially since we we have found others in this field to be quite the opposite. We are so grateful he answered our initial call and even more grateful that he had the time to work with us. The sale of our house was seamless and easy. Nick did a fantastic job with our home purchase. As first time home buyers, we were very unfamiliar with the process. Nick was there every step of the way and made himself available at all hours to assist. Nick always had our best interests in mind. Though it is in an agents best interest to put together and close deals as quickly as possible, Nick did not operate in this manner and was not a "pushy" real estate agent in any sense. Nick was always sure to highlight issues we were overlooking and was honest when we were overvaluing potential houses. Again, being unfamiliar with homebuying, that was huge and resulted in us eventually getting a great deal on a great home. Overall, we are thrilled with our new home and cannot thank Nick enough for all his help. My wife and I highly recommend Nick.
