Nicole did an excellent job, being able too find my first home. I would recommend her 100%. Everything was a smooth transition. She answered any questions i had. I will go back with her for a next purchase.

Probably the best agent you can find. Nicole knows what she is doing and has the right resources to make things happen. She is diligent and honest. Her communication is superb and stops at nothing to get things done right. If you need to sell your home, don’t waste your time with other rookies. In this area, you spit and land on a agent. That means have many choices. Don’t make the mistake and save your headaches. Pick Nicole.

Reviewing Nicole Parent is like reviewing that one awesome event in your life that you cannot put the perfect words together in order to describe. Not to say there are no words to describe Nicole, as there are many; Awesome, creative, energetic, absolutely the best at what she does, a 24/7 agent, has your back, provides results, and so much more are easy to put into words. But, what you cannot put into words are the multitude of amazing qualities Nicole has accumulated from YEARS of hard work, knowing her clients, knowing the neighborhoods, LISTENING to clients, LISTENING to buyers, creating relationships with virtually EVERYONE (don't believe me? ask around), and the fact that she is a straight shooter, but above all, she will never steer you wrong. Listen to her advice and go with it, why? Here's why: We sold our home with Nicole in 1, yes ONE, day! BEFORE the house hit the market, she had realtor previews, she put the word out, she talked to that multitude of people I mentioned earlier, and created such and interest in our home, that we had realtors begging to bring by clients before we had officially listed. What an amazing experience it was. She put so much work, and time into making our listing shine, that when people came, they wanted it even before walking in the door. We had offers written, sight unseen, from people who were out of town on vacation! She kept in contact with me, with truly 24/7 service. No matter the time I wrote and email, she wrote back.. I won't publish the time, but lets just say it was well after midnight, and well before 3am... She texted with every detail, she was on top of the 7 offers we had on the first day, and fielded offers in between to tell the other realtors to have their clients step up, or they are out of the running. In all, we had well over 20 offers on the table, narrowed down to the highest offers, thanks to Nicole's diligence and extreme hard work. I can say this. From Friday when our house hit the market with the realtor preview, until Monday morning when the final offers were countered and prepared, Nicole worked exclusively for us, as there is no way with the amount of phone calls and emails, offers to review, and paperwork going back and forth, she could have had time for others. Now, I say that with a little sarcasm, as I truly do know she was helping other clients, showing other properties, and presenting offers to another listing. The fact is, Nicole made us feel like #1 the entire process, never making us feel as though we were bothering her, being too needy, or not her top priority. She made sure every need, question, and concern, was worthy of her full attention. That is multitasking, customer service, and the work of a fabulous realtor nestled into on complete Nicole Parent package. What more can we say? Well a lot, but the proof is in the $$. Nicole got us WELL over our target price, and we were so happy with her results! We even had her as our realtor for our new home purchase after our sale! What more? Our neighbors were so unimpressed at their house sitting stagnant on the market when they listed it with another realtor just 2 months after our home sold, they listed it with Nicole, and the home sold in just about a week, for OVER what the other realtor told them was going to be their top dollar. Nicole made the purchase of my first home so easy and seamless. She was with us every step of the way and always available for questions not only about the home but the purchase process. I am so thankful she was our realtor as she made the process so pleasant. I would not hesitate to buy or sell a home with her again and recommend her 100% to others.
