My wife and I recently moved to Washington State, honestly it was not an easy transition for us especially when it came to finding somewhere to live. When we met Nikki all of that changed. Not only did she tirelessly help us narrow down the type of home that would work best for my family she also facilitated us getting a new lender when our original lender became too difficult to work with. This has not been my first home buying process but with Nikki it has honestly become the best. There wasn't a hurdle that she wasn't able to overcome for us and at this point we are so eternally grateful! She truly did absolutely amazing for us and I couldn't recommend her more.

Katie did an outstanding job! She lives a bit out of our area, but came highly recommended. She quickly got up to speed on what we were looking for, showed us properties on our schedule with no pressure, and communicated beautifully throughout the shopping experience. Once we made our decision, Katie handled the entire offer, negotiation, inspection process, and guided us through to closing at the terms we wanted. Her post sales follow-up has been supurb as well. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Katie abd we are confident she will provide you with an outstanding home buying experience, as she did for us!

I cannot say enough about Nikki and her help in getting me my dream house. I was moving from out of state to WA, and started looking at houses probably earlier than I was ready to move, (and wasn't even sure I wanted to live in WA!). I was told most realtors would not want to spend their time if I was out 6 months, and unsure of everything, but I clicked on the Zillow link, and within 10 min I think, she called. I explained the situation and she was not even hesitant to help. So, I told her the days we were coming up, and each time I did, she spent 2 whole days showing us houses. She is amazing. I finally found my dream house but it sold before I could make an offer, so I was super sad... thought about giving up until I was more ready to sell my house, etc. She called back about a month later and said it fell through, and that maybe we can push out the closing date... Sure enough she made magic happen, I got my dream house, and moved in a month ago! She is so great, so attentive, texts back within minutes on almost all messages, and just really lovely! Thank you Nikki for making my dreams come true!

Outstanding. She met every one of my expectations. She’s a true professional and an expert in her field. This is the second time I have used Nikki. She helped me sell a home and buy another in 2017. Everything went smoothly. Most recently she helped me sell my townhouse and we had a buyer within 2 weeks. Closing was easy and stress free because she handled everything.
