Niko sold my home of over 20 years and did an amazing job! He analyzed the market in my area and advised me on the perfect time to sell. He also developed a strong pricing and staging strategy that ultimately resulted in my home selling for much more than I could have ever imagined. During the entire process Niko was always available to answer my questions . Niko has been an amazing asset in the home buying process for my family and I. Listing a house can be a very stressful and emotional time for anyone. As an engineer for a Defense company, it’s my job to think of anything/everything that can go wrong. That mentality carrie’s over into my personal life. My mind was thinking of “Worst-case” scenarios. As I was drifting into a constant state of “What happens if (insert problem)” and “Who is going to (insert task), Niko was always at the ready to answer all of my questions. Niko’s calm, confident, and professional responses constantly reassured my wife and I that everything was going to be fine. Niko also helped us through the negotiation process. He helped us sell our house above the asking price, and secure a new home below the listed price. This was a true “win-win” experience for us that Niko orchestrated using his knowledge of the current market and superior skill as our agent.
