I called Norris purely by coincidence as he was the realtor representing a house that had caught my interest on Zillow and it ended up being one of the luckiest coincidences of my life. His team was extremely helpful every step of the way, always available with a fast response to my questions, and the broker he referred me to got me an interest rate almost 2 full points lower than what even my own credit union was offering me. I honestly thought I'd never own a house and he made it such a simple and quick process that I still haven't fully wrapped my head around being a homeowner while sitting and typing this up from my new house.
