Dmytro was amazing. He did an amazing job helping us sell and buy a new home. He’s very helpful throughout the whole process. He’s professional and knowledgeable. Dmytro taught us a lot, and he always replied to all our questions. He was a really good negotiator. A great experience, certainly recommend Dmytro for anybody looking for a house!

Komarnitskyy was our former buying agent. After working with him for some time, we have realized that he didn't have what we were looking for in an agent, like reliability and being respectful to us, that was the least what we expected from our agent. Unfortunately, we didn't find that with Oleg. Komarnitskyy refused to make an appointment to view one property because we didn't have a pre-approval letter yet. After Komarnitskyy hung up on us in the middle of that phone conversation, we have decided that we have had enough of being disrespected by that agent and that we will be better off without doing any business with him. We don't recommend him to anyone. Unfortunately, he hasn't shown us his best side. Being rude even to one client doesn't make it excusable and Allright. Even though, our unpleasant experience with that agent happened a long time ago, it made such an impact on us that we have decided to share it with others. Don't be afraid, like us, to change an agent at the first sign of trouble. Our only regret was that we haven't stopped working with komarnitskyy right away after he showed us his attitude for the first time.
