Diana is great. A year ago, my family moved to Illinois and used her agency to buy a home. A year later, we decided to move out of state and used Diana again. We worked with Diana and one of her agents, Diana Simkiv. If we had stayed in-state, we would definitely be using "the Dianas" again. They are very responsive. If you've had agents in the past who didn't get back to you in a timely manner, give Diana a try!

Diana and Kelly helped us in the sale of our townhouse in Quincy Park, Prospect Heights, and everything went very smoothly. From the beginning, they explained the process and walked us through the process. They had the perfect balance of offering informed advice and allowing us to make the final decision without feeling pressured at all. Kelly went over and beyond to make sure that everything worked put. She even drove out personally to check on our home when we were out of town. This was our first experience selling a home, and Diana and her team made it their goal to make us feel comfortable through the entire process.

Diana and her team were excellent to work with. Easy to say they were one of the best realtors we've ever worked with! We had specific requirements we were looking for in our future home, and within a price range, and Diana and her team really did their research to narrow it down to a few choices. After a couple of weekends, we found our home and the process was painless. Usually there are so many options to choose from, which can make the buying process more tedious, but because we narrowed down our search, the process was very easy and Diana made sure we found a home we could love for the next few years.
