We loved working with Haggard Realty Group and especially with Olga. She helped us tremendously during our search for our dream home and also to sell our prior home. She is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond on our quest for the perfect home. We recommend Haggard Realty and Olga hands down and would use her again!

Olga was very responsive and had excellent follow-up with all parties involved throughout our home selling and buying process. I was especially impressed with the process of selling our home. She did a wonderful job of setting up the website for our sale and helping us navigate a multiple offer situation. She was very conscientious and available throughout the process.

Olga was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process of selling our existing home and building a new one. She is an excellent communicator, as she was very clear about what repairs and updates we should do to stage our home. Olga was also very familiar with our neighborhood, and where we should price our home to get the most interest. She was equally helpful in the building process with weekly visits, and was very diligent at communicating with the builder on punch list items. I didn’t originally think I needed a realtor for the build, but was thrilled that I had Olga to assist with her expertise, and being there when my schedule would not allow. I would highly recommend Olga and her team to anyone needing a realtor.

Olga did absolutely amazing selling my house. We ran into issues (though no fault of hers) that could have made the process very difficult, but she helped me through every single one flawlessly! I was able to get out of a house I didn't need and move on to better things thanks to her! She is now a great friend and I will definitely be using her in the future.

We were thankful to work with Olga when it came time to sell our previous house and purchase our current property. Olga was able to list our previous property, show it to multiple interested parties, and negotiate a great offer for us in less than 24 hours. It was our first time selling and she could not have made it any easier for us. The exceptional attention to her clients was also on display when it came time to purchase our new property. From start to finish, communication was excellent. She always made time when we had questions or concerns and did a great job of keeping us well informed. Even when there were some communication issues from the lender's side, Olga was quick to address and resolve those for us. Overall, I cannot recommend Olga enough if you are looking to buy or sell. We look forward to working with her again in the future!
