I used Pam to not only buy a home in Sparta but to sell my previous home in Maplewood. Buying or selling a home can be stressful event with a lot of information to digest in a short period of time. I chose to use Pam as both a buying agent and as a selling agent because she was on top of it from Day 1 and made things much easier on my side. When Pam was my buying agent, she acted as if it were her house she was buying. When she was my selling agent, she acted as if this was her home she was selling. When items arose which required decisions or actions, Pam would explain to me in simple terms what was going on along with her recommendation which I almost always took. Her advice is really what separates her apart from other agents who simply want to know your decision and walk away. Pam truly works for her clients and puts her clients' interests at the top. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling anywhere in Northern New Jersey.
