Lynn did an amazing job handling the sale of our home. She priced it perfectly, and what was unique about her was the way she handled our sale after we received our first offer. She was there every minute making sure that everything that had to be done was done. This included contacting contractors and making sure that the septic system was tested and repaired in time for the closing. In a nutshell, she guided us expertly through the closing process. She was responsive to every question, was always present, and her expertise assured a smooth closing. On top of that, she was pleasant to work with. She has my highest recommendation.
