Kim was truly EASY and AMAZING to work with purchasing our second home! We live in Indiana, so her knowledge of MI, real estate, and processes was instrumental in our purchase. She worked with us patiently for over two years and always made herself available for a showing around our timeframe. Her communication skills and knowledge were outstanding, either by email, text, or phone. Kim listened to our wants and didn't push for a sale EVER. She worked quickly and negotiated addendums for us once we made an offer. We can truthfully say she went above and beyond for us before, at, and after closing (too many examples to choose from). Kim showed she cared about us every time we spoke, and we are so grateful that she was our agent.

Kim was awesome to work with. Her response to all our questions was prompt. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to point out concerns that we would not have been seen. We felt she was truly looking out for our best interest when showing us houses. Highly recommended.

Shauna was amazing always there for any questions. A problem comes up she is there for you and works things out to help with the best deal . I would recommend her. This is the second house she has worked with us.

Shauna was wonderful to work with. We were selling a family home and we were all out of town. Her suggestions were spot on to sell an older home. She offered contractor suggestions and followed through to make sure the work was done. She has expert knowledge of the area and the local market. Our family highly recommend Shauna. We were very lucky to have found her.
