My fiance and I recently purchased our home with Pat Tasker as our agent. I cannot understate how impressive and helpful Pat was throughout the process. As first time home buyers she took the time to explain each step of the way and help us understand what to expect. She is incredibly timely with responses, provides helpful insights and will tell you her honest opinions. Not only is Pat very knowledgable of the area and real estate, we truly felt she cared about us on a personal level as well. We would highly recommend Pat to anyone looking for a home and look forward to working with her again on future transactions.

Pat did an incredible job for us. Sold our house in two days. She explained all the details of the contract and the offer and made sure we understood all the fine print. She really came through after the sale up to the closing day. We had several issues come up after the initial sale that Pat took the lead on and quickly resolved them all. She also represented us at closing. She followed up with us after closing to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I can't imagine how anyone could have handled our sale better.

Pat did a great job in helping get my home best prepared for sale and navigating a changing market. The result was multiple offers that were worked to get to a successful close. I would recommend Pat for her experience in the greater Milwaukee market, particularly the Germantown area.

Pat Tasker is the best agent we have ever had, and we have moved over 5 times! Her knowledge and experience is beyond measure. She answered all of our questions quickly via text, phone, or email immediately. Carry, her Client Care Manager an Executive Assistant, is fantastic with details of sale and buy. Carry helped us immensely with staging and getting our house ready for photos and the showings. Pat and Carry are a super team, a well oiled machine. Pat worked really hard for us on buying and selling. She is smart, patient, loaded with information and details, knows basements, utilities, and house structure which is super important when buying a house. She is well respected in the realtor agent business which is an asset when buying and selling a home especially when working with other realtors. More important caveats of Pat are savvy marketing, intelligent, super polite and not afraid to ask questions. We felt she had our back on selling and buying.

For those sellers who are looking to sell their properties in minutes rather than weeks, I would recommend listing with Pat. She told me to go away on vacation for a few days, relax, and the property would be sold while I was gone. And it was. Her marketing strategies are cutting edge. Loved the tik tok she made...
