We found Patti through her wonderful reviews! As advertised, Patti was awesome and knowledgeable of the area and zoning in the area we were looking at. She was committed to us through the entire process. Weekend, late night calls and text were responded to in a prompt manner. She made us feel like we were her only client. Patti was always willing and able to schedule a showing or to answer questions. The time of day or day of the week were of no concern. She has an in depth knowledge of housing systems and based on that, provided potential points for price negotiation. While showing a property she was never impatient or in a rush to be somewhere else. Overall, my personal experience with Patti was definitely 5 Stars.
