Pat Smarto recently sold my Dad’s luxury home and adjoining guest house. We chose to work with Pat because of her extensive knowledge and enthusiasm of the area, as well as her reputation and the reviews we read about her. She did not disappoint! During this past year in a pandemic, she helped to get us a few offers for us to choose from and we are very happy with the results. Pat has a large amount of expertise with working on properties both on the water and in the Chain of Lakes area. She is highly recommended as she provides a balanced and fair view of the market to help you sell your home. I would use her again if I were ever to sell or buy another home in that area.
