Patrick was very professional and responsive to our questions we had during our viewing of land lots with him and during our purchase of our first land. He made sure that we understood the process of our purchase and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions. His knowledge in his listings and the info and time he gave us on each of the land lots honestly is what made us decide on purchasing one of the lots. We are so grateful to have met Patrick and we are definitely using him again in our future purchases and business.

Great Realtor!! He is very knowledgeable about all types of real estate transactions and has his broker license. He sold us our 1st home in 2009 and is currently contracted to sell that home and buy 2 more this year!

Contacted Patrick on a Saturday to look at a house, I get that he cant drop everything and come running so I told him anytime next week would be fine. He never responded, my GF called him on Monday and setup a time for Tuesday, he then cancelled on Tuesday because it was raining and re-scheduled on Thusday. He no-showed the appointment on Thursday and when called told us, 'He forgot and was taking a shower but he can give us the door code to look since we were already there.' Needless to say, we wont be buying from him.
