We recently worked with Patrick to buy our new home and sell our previous one, and the experience was fantastic. He really knows the local market and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He also helped with a very condensed timeline to sell our home and was there to help with every question and concern we had along the way. What stood out most was how honest and transparent he was. He pointed out both the good and not-so-good aspects of the new property, which made us feel more confident in our decision. He was also very supportive and knowledgeable in every step of selling our house. Plus, his communication was top-notch—always quick to respond and kept us updated every step of the way despite us being overseas for the majority of the selling timeline. Negotiating can be stressful, but he handled everything smoothly and got us a great deal. Even after closing, he checked in and gave us recommendations for local services, which was super helpful. He also ensured we got a full price offer on the sale of our home by having the right information to support our price. After an abundance of researching for the perfect realtor, I was mostly impressed with Patrick & can confidently say he exceeded expectations. Throughout my home buying, Patrick made sure to thoroughly explain what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. He was super knowledgeable and able to use this as an advantage when negotiating. If you’re looking for a realtor, look no further!

Our family had just arrived in Indiana after a week of traveling for our permanent change of station. We were tired yet motivated to find a place to call home. Patrick squared us away from day 1! He reached out immediately with some options and suggestions of homes. Within 24 hours after contacting him he had an organized list of homes and tons of feedback for my husband and I. He helped us through the VA loan process during a stressful time for us. He was professional and personable. Always had a positive attitude and the best advice. I have never seen a realtor be as amazing as he was with our family and this is our third purchase. Thank you Patrick! You definitely got us the house we wanted! 10/10 recommended working with this amazing individual.

Patrick was great to work with during the process of buying a home. He helped me out together a competitive offer in a crazy seller’s market. He is extremely knowledgeable of the market, very responsive, patient, and overall great to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any friends or family in the market to buy or sell a home.

Patrick was wonderful to work with. He made the home-buying process much less painful and really listened to our needs and helped us find the right home. Pros: - Flexibility: We were buying from out-of-state and could only see a few places at a time- Patrick went to showings for us and sent us videos of the places we couldn't see! - Professionalism: We gave him a huge price range and he handled that very well, understanding our priorities for a home. Also, the home we ended up buying wasn't having any showings but he convinced the seller's agent to let us in a day early because we were in town, and we had an accepted offer that same day! - Attention to detail: he pointed out delayed maintenance, neighborhoods, and school considerations we hadn't seen or thought of. We ended up in a different school district than we had initially targeted because of Patrick's excellent suggestions and know-how. - Service: the sellers for our new home left a broken window when they left, and Patrick went ABOVE AND BEYOND, getting a quote to have it fixed, handling the scheduling, and even paying for it out of his own pocket when the sellers refused to do so. Cons: - None! If you want to buy a home, talk to Patrick, you won't regret it!
