My husband and I would recommend Patrick Wilkins to anyone looking for property to purchase on Marco Island. He is far and away one of the best realtors we have worked with. “NO” just does not exist in his vocabulary. He seemingly made himself available to us 24/7 and was consistently available by telephone! He went out of his way to answer all our questions and if he didn’t know the answer, he directed us to people who did. He was very effective in coordinating repairs needed by the sellers prior to closing. We made offers on two homes and ultimately purchased one of them. His knowledge of operations unique to each home was amazing along with his attention to detail. We also felt like he was always protecting our best interest by cautioning us on a couple of small things within each home; at the same time offering advice. Pat has a “contact list” unparalleled to anyone we know – when it comes to inspectors, vendors, repairs, upgrades, etc. Additionally, his knowledge of Marco Island is expansive, and he is truly an educator when it comes to knowing the area. THEN, there is the person working behind the scenes, Erika. She is THE BEST!! She was always available to coordinate and attend (if necessary) our visits to properties; even on weekends which is normally her time off. She has a gift of pulling together a multitude of paperwork, including inventories and photos of the homes almost instantly. She was a liaison for our communications with Patrick when necessary. In fact, it was the amount of time she spent with us the first time we walked through the doors at RE/MAX that we knew this was a realtor and Admin, that truly wanted to help those looking for property. Both Patrick and Erika went well beyond our expectations in making our home purchase not only a smooth process, but a very pleasant one.

Patrick did a great job showing my wife and I the homes he found for us. He is very knowledgeable of the area and has a great sense for the values and direction of the market. We are still working with him to help us find the perfect second home for us. I have worked with many agents in the past and I would put Pat at the top of my list. I highly recommend him to sell your home and to help you find a home ( but only after we buy ours).... Rich Sharpe, La Jolla Ca.
