Patti was amazing. Highly motivated and kept us posted at all times. Called or texted several times a week. Did a lot of open houses and sold the house within a few weeks. They were very easy to talk with about price concerns. They explained the market to us and why they were making certain decisions but yet still respected what we wanted. A pleasure to work with.

We ABSOLUTELY loved working with Patti from the McCarty team! As first-time home buyers, we had no idea what the housing process entailed. Patti literally walked us through every step of the process and made sure we knew what to expect! She was always available via text or call whenever we reached out to her and ensured we were taken care of. She knew a ton about the area we were looking to buy in (Berkley, Royal Oak, Clawson area) and was a great knowledge base, helping us narrow in on what we really needed. And most importantly, Patti is such a wonderful, sweet, and compassionate realtor and person. Could not recommend her any more!

Patti and Dan helped us find our first dream home a decade ago. They helped us sell it and buy our forever home this spring. Working with them has been a wonderful experience both times. It is rare to find such warm and wonderful people who are always in your corner at every step of the process. They are always happy to answer your questions, texts, and calls quickly and thoroughly. They did a fabulous job with every step of listing, advertising, and selling our home and I don't think we would have gotten as much as we did without their diligent efforts. I've recommended them to everyone I know and my friends and family have been equally as impressed by the heart they bring to their work. I consider myself lucky to have found them!

The McCarty Team knows Berkley better than anyone else in the real estate business. They marketed the house correctly and helped me get several offers very quickly. They are the only agents to use in Berkley.

Patti guided us through the buying process as we hadn't bought a home in 30 years. She kept us aware of new properties opening up and was always prompt for viewings and available for questions. Patti allowed space to evaluate a property from our perspective and then would advise us on any issues that she saw in the property or in the price of the property, especially relative to others available homes. Patti was almost like a house buying counselor that would help us make the best decision for our needs. Both Dan and Patti were at our closing and we highly recommend them!
