Patty is amazing! We have know her for several years , she is very knowledgeable and ALWAYS available to answer and questions .. is she doesnt have the answer right away she researches it and gets back with you ! Patty found our dream house in 2013 and then helped us sell it when we decided to relocate to Tennessee! Patty is part of our family now! HIGHLY recommended!

Patty was very patient with us and we looked at many "Fixer-uppers" before we found one that was manageable. This was my Son's first home purchase and she did a great job at explaining options and things to be cautious of and to look for. When we did find the home we purchased, Patty did a great job at negotiating with the seller to get a fair deal for all involved. This is the third house transaction we have made with Patty and we look forward to at least one more sale when we retire and move to northern Michigan.

Patty was always there when I needed her. She walked me through the entire home buying process and took the time to explain things I did not understand. She was very knowledgeable about he surrounding area and knew what to look for in a house. She was very honest and told me the good, the bad and the ugly of every house I saw. That was extremely helpful. I would recommend Patty to anyone who is looking to purchase a home.

We are so lucky to have found patty! She was amazing, patient and always there from the beginning to the end of closing. I work overnight and that’s usually when I would email and she would often text me back during the night. No matter the questions or concerns she always explained things and reassured us. She fought for us, she believed in us even when I knew that she knew we were at our wits end. I would recommend Patty to anyone looking to buy a house. Throughout the entire experience with buying our first home she made everything so easy, so smooth and we will forever be grateful to her.
