We had been trying to sell our home a year before we met both Paul Adams and Joan Leonhardt. We were browsing online looking for Real Estate Companies. We called a given number and I supposed our request was given to the agents. Paul Adams was among the first call we got. We spoke to him and because we were away on vacation we requested that he call back, as we gave him the date we would return. Luckily for us he called back a day after we returned and we made an appointment to meet and discuss the sale of our home. Both Paul and Joan showed up for the appointment and the rest is history. Very thankful.

I have called Paul numerous times in efforts of getting information for applying and renting a house that they have posted, 3 Friendly Acres. I have only made contact with them once. That was the first time I had called to enquire information on the unit and possibly schedule a virtual tour. I am in the military and could not come up to check it out at the time. I have since left voice mails and submitted emails in efforts of getting a call back and no luck.

When I was ready to sell my home it was easy to select Paul and Joan as my realtor. They are extremely professional and have a good understanding of the market. They listened to my needs and provided me with suggestions and tips that made selling my home quick and easy. My questions and phone calls were always answered promptly. Paul and Joan are a good team and they delivered on the sale of my home.

I have known Joan Leonhardt for over 20 years, first she helped my mother and I find a house for my parents, then later helped to sell that house and find a condo for my mother. After my mother's death, she helped me find renters and just recently we sold the condo. She is a wonderful realtor to work with, always answering my phone calls promptly and she knows the business and this area extremely well. I will (and have) recommended her to anyone who needs a realtor!!
