I've recently closed on a home solely on the shoulders of Mirjeta. My initial search was the East Coast, and I was flirting with many RE agents to see the various states. Mirjeta was the only consistent agent, which made me ditch the rest and focus on the Hudson Valley. She never said any city was out of range; we searched so much that it felt like my part-time job.
