I've recently closed on a home solely on the shoulders of Mirjeta. My initial search was the East Coast, and I was flirting with many RE agents to see the various states. Mirjeta was the only consistent agent, which made me ditch the rest and focus on the Hudson Valley. She never said any city was out of range; we searched so much that it felt like my part-time job. I established a relationship with Mirjeta in October 2023, intending to buy before the 2024 Election, and we closed on Election Day! She focused on learning what was important to me in buying a home, which made the search more efficient. I trusted her to find homes to view without previewing the listing—Mirjeta is that good, and I am a challenge. I have purchased homes, but my family had no experience, so viewings were a test of patience for me and seamless for Mirjeta. She was fearless, and asked all the gnarly questions I had about properties and negotiated down my purchase price when an issue arose. I closed under the ceiling of my budget and did not compromise on the home features I desired. I moved out of NYC and now get to put my car in a garage at night, own a dog run for my puppy, and sit in front of a fire when it's cold. Thank you, Mirjeta! As a first time homeowner, I couldn’t have asked for a more professional,knowledgeable and friendly realtor. Tyler helped my sister purchase her home and came highly recommended. I was very apprehensive not knowing all the back end details involved in the process of purchasing a home. Tyler was extra patient and answered all my concerns reassuring me every step of the way. He was available via text and phone. I appreciated having his guidance as my move in particular had a specific time frame. He showed properties that met my needs and wants. Help me think through aspects of a home I wanted and how they would best suit my needs. He also connected me with a great financial team to help with the mortgage process. I am so happy I could count with Tyler’s experience as I am extremely happy I found my dream home. After the sale he also followed up a couple of times to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend him to close friends and family in the future.

Virginia and her team were outstanding. Knowledgeable, professional, and always ready to help. When I needed help with repairs Virginia was able to find a very reasonable handyman to complete the job. Virginia and her team went above and beyond the standard services more than once. I would recommend Nick in a heartbeat! He will go out of his way to find you the perfect home. He’s very professional and always with a smile and won’t stop until you are one happy client. He won’t beat around the bushes and goes straight to the point and always works for you his client, definitely a man of his word.
