Penny did an excellent job assisting us with through our home purchase! She was very responsive and knowledgeable of the house and very helpful with all of our questions! We were able to put an offer in our house the same day way we looked and she was super helpful through the negotiation process! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Penny is amazing! She helped us with our latest sale and home purchase. Penny really listened to our concerns and what exactly we were looking for. What I love about Penny is she was not afraid to speak up about concerns she saw in a property, almost as if she was considering it a home for her own family! Penny is dedicated, thoughtful, and passionate about making ones dreams a reality!! Thank you Penny for all your hard work and efforts with our sale and purchase!! We love our new home! Penny was our agent and she did an outstanding job. She was great to work with. Our listing was not an easy one to sell- we had been sitting on it for 2 years. Penny came in this year and was able to generate a ton of interest and multiple offers. We were very impressed by her work as our agent.

It was a pleasure working with Penny. She went above and beyond our expectations. One of Penny’s greatest strengths is her ability to listen to her clients and follow through with finding homes that meet their dreams and expectations. There were times when we questioned what exactly we were looking for in a home but Penny would always remember and never pushed us into settling. She was a calm force that we relied on to keep us grounded and focused. She consistently followed through and maintained a high level of communication between all parties. We stopped working with another realtor in order to work with Penny and I never looked back. She was truly amazing and I can not recommend her enough.

I cannot say enough good things about Penny. She is above and beyond any real estate agent I have ever met. She is so patient, informative and prompt. She is truly understanding of how stressful this process can be and helps you every step of the way. She truly understands what a major purchase this is and works hard to find you the perfect home for your family. I always felt she had my best interest in mind and not her commission. She is a gem in a tough industry and I would highly recommend her to anyone I know.
