Peter and his team did a wonderful job of first preparing us for the home selling process, staging our house beautifully and then selling the house in an astonishing short period of time. Along the way Peter kept us informed of all the upcoming steps in the process up to and including closing. I was extremely happy with Peter and his team and highly recommend.

Peter Baiardi was our realtor when we bought our house four years old. When my wife and I decide to sell our house, we knew just the person to call. Peter is a true professional. From day one until closing Peter Baiardi and his team member Casey Mallek presented a professional selling process. Peter on the marketing and sales side and Casey on the staging side, kept us on track with all the details of the process. We were always informed of how the sale was progressing. We worked with Peter, selling our home and buying a new home and highly recommend him. He and Casey (his designer, exordinaire) guided us in updating our house and getting it ready to sell, which it did (in a week).
