When you share a history with someone, such as serving in the same Army medical company (even if that history is distant), you know that people with integrity remain good people throughout their lives. Such is the case with Tony Barrett, and why choosing him and his company to sell our home in Pinellas, and to help us find our new dream home in Manatee County, was such a simple choice. Our home sold after only 13 days on the market. The very first potential home he chose for us was absolutely perfect for us, and it became the benchmark for all other homes we compared to it. He then helped us find the exact home model, in the location we wanted, on the type of lot we wanted, and at a price that only occurs during periodic, special, builder sales. We are less than a month away from the projected completion date and are so excited about living in our dream home! Tony clearly lays out the challenges you will face in both buying and selling. Our buying experience lasted almost a year. Aby found places for us, gave plenty of good advice, and stuck with us through pretty complicated conditions of selling and moving here, and buying our home in Myakka City. She responded almost instantly to tons of texts, phone calls and Emails. Gave us recommendations of contractors, cleaners and a good person to take care of our horses until we could bring them to our property. Even met the horse carrier when they arrived since we weren't here yet. I can't imagine anyone doing more for us, or being more supportive and pleasant throughout. Aby's the best!

Aby helped my wife and I find a new home that not only fit our budget, but included the things we asked for. She was most interested in finding us what we wanted, and not just selling a house. Over the four months that we worked with Aby, she answered all our questions, provided great insight on the listings presented for our consideration, and was very helpful in making introductions to assist with financing. Aby is a true professional in the real estate market and a great person.

Aby is very knowledgeable of the properties available in numerous areas. Her knowledge of the selling & buying process made things go very smoothly. Even if a problem came up she worked through it with ease & made me feel very comfortable.

Aby Brooks went above and beyond in the selling process. She wrote up a good description of our home. I credit that write up with us getting three viewing requests within five days and getting an offer within five days of posting it on line. When the inspection was completed there were two repairs that we needed to have completed. Aby contacted businesses for the work. One of the repairs involved shingles on the roof. She then even started a claim for us. I felt that this was going above and beyond. I would recommend Abe to anyone needing a realtor.
