Phyllis helped me buy my home in Canyon Lake. She did an incredible job in a market that's not for the faint of heart. We put in numerous offers and went under contract twice. I was absolutely gutted after the builder of my first contract wouldn't extend closing for an appraisal that was taking longer than normal (which was pretty common in the insane hill country market). Phyllis offered advice, knowledge and was an incredible sounding board. She was calm and patient with my neuroses through the rollercoaster of homebuying in 2021. I can't recommend her enough! THANKS PHYLLIS!!!

Phyllis was recommended to us when we decided to sell our house. She did a superb job. She explained the process and kept us informed during each step. When a problem arose with closing, she went to bat for us. We were very pleased with her professionalism.

We looked online to find a real estate agent to sell our home. We found Phyllis to have great reviews. Also, she has been an agent for many years in our area, so we contacted her and made an appointment. She knew the area very well and was ready with all the answers to our questions. She kept us informed immediately about each step in the process. She was very easy to get in touch with when when we needed to tell her something or ask a question. We felt she was always looking out for our best interest. The house sold fast and she took care of all the legal details and made the whole process easy from start to finish. It was wonderful working with her and we would highly recommend her to anyone needing an agent.

We have been working with Phyllis for many months looking for our perfect Canyon Lake property.
