Pat Gaglio did an amazing job assisting with the sale of our Garden City home. This is our second time working with Pat to sell a home we own and we would not hesitate to use her again. We love working with Pat for her insight and knowledge of the local market but what sets her apart in the industry is her honesty and down to earth demeanor. She is a true joy to work with. Thanks to Pat's guidance we were able to sell our home the first weekend it was listed. Working with Patricia was fantastic. She had great thoughts and ideas. She took her time with us. She made sure that we understood everything and that the house looked as best as it could possibly be. She was here for the open houses and showed the house personally every time. She made sure contracts were timely executed and stayed involved the entire time. She was there for us every step of the way. She was a huge help. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. We worked with Pat to find and buy our first home. After just a few tours she had a good sense of what we were interested in and made many good recommendations. She was an essential resource of knowledge and reassurance throughout the process, from hunting to touring to making offers to negotiating, all the way to closing.
