I would describe Michael as a real estate professional; not a real estate agent. There is a major difference. I have been in the NYC commercial real estate industry for 26 years and the difference is that "agents" come a dime a dozen. 98% of the residential and commercial real estate "agents" do not understand or respect the concept of fiduciary responsibility. They don't care about your best interests, whether representing the buyer or seller. These "agents" only care about collecting their fees on closing $$$$! That is the dirty little secret of the real estate industry, specifically in NY. Michael understands the concept of being a fiduciary and will negotiate accordingly. Michael recently closed on the sale of my home during a virus induced trying time. His advice was invaluable and thanks to Michael my wife and I experienced a smooth closing. As a commercial real estate professional I can be very critical. I would not take the time to write an undeserving review. Whether you are experienced in real estate or a neophyte, you can count on Michael to protect your interests. Thank you again Michael.

Michael is the consummate RE broker - knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy and has a great feel for how to position and sell a house. In a tough market Michael hung in there and was with me all the way from listing to closing. Kudos to Michael!

Michael J Berman!!!! This is an agent with some real common sense and zeal. He has a great attitude, while also being very nice and friendly. He has a great amount of experience and education, but more than that he is just real. I like how well he knows his local and surrounding communities. He is very on the ball too, getting back to you very fast with updates and always answering his phone. Buying and selling can be difficult, and with a teammate like him on your side it is so much more seamless. I am excited to finally have the whole process behind me, and a new friend. Thanks Michael J
