Gretchen helped me buy a home. She kept communication going throughout our process of searching , which I feel is so important. She listened to what I liked and wanted. We openly discussed each property pros and cons and I appreciated your opinion and knowledge. Her experience in knowing and seeing the potential of a property helped me make decisions to pursue or move on. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a kind, patience and knowledgable realtor.

Gretchen was great from the first moment we contacted her about another property. We didn't go with that one, but at another point we contacted her late on a Sunday, and Gretchen contacted the selling agent and got us the information right away. Finally, when we found the property we did purchase, she was willing to do whatever it took to help us given that we were 8 hours away. It was great working with Gretchen and we'd do it again. Thank you

Gretchen was very responsive and great to work with. Appreciated her insights on the market value and buyer appeal. Our unit sold very quickly and Gretchen was was very willing to help with anything we needed to relocate and took care of returning cable boxes and meeting the car transport pickup driver since we weren’t in town. I am happy to recommend Gretchen.

Gretchen was very helpful. She made it possible to purchase the property with a minimum amount of hassle. She appeared to be very knowledgeable. My wife felt she was helpful and was truly helping us with the purchase. I don't know what else to say. I believe Zillows request of a review that is longer than 150 characters is unreasonable when I have nothing negative to say. Gretchen communicated very well and was helpful with everything relating to the sale. She would email or send messages regularly informing us of showings and offers. She was knowledgeable about the market. She worked with us from the beginning to the end and went over and above what she needed to do. We would definitely recommend her and would work with here again. She helped us with the sale of three properties and gave us information to think about when we needed to make decisions about the offers that were received.
