Rachel was such a delight to work with! As first home buyers there is a lot of new and challenging things when navigating the housing market. This is especially true with the current market, and Rachel made it as smooth as possible! We really appreciated how available she was and eager to help in any way she could. Rachel is an amazing person and relator. She makes herself available to her clients and is always willing to help at any time of day! I appreciate how much knowledge that she brought to the home buying process! I was a first-time home buyer in October of 2024 and any question I had in the process Rachel was able to answer it without delay! I recommend her for any home buying needs you may have!!

Luckily for me, I was blessed with the opportunity to work with Rachel on my most recent real estate purchase. I was out of state and asked a friend to look at a house for me. Rachel answered that call and thanks to her I closed on the house less than a week later. The only reason this was possible is because her and her team. They are very knowledgeable, work with a great title company, are prompt, timely, and concise in all communications. I couldn't have imagined a smoother transaction. Thanks again, -B

I have used 8 different real estate agents. Rachel was by far the best agent I ever had. She listened to my concerns, and pointed out issues of concern I hadn't considered. She was attentive and responsive. Always timely answering my questions and requests. She has excellent communication and networking skills. Before my purchase she researched and contacted community vendors to get answers about septic, propane, so I could make a informed purchase. She intervened and made sure the title companies were acting in my best interest. Kept me informed all throughout the process. I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone.. She did great!!!
