Luckily for me, I was blessed with the opportunity to work with Rachel on my most recent real estate purchase. I was out of state and asked a friend to look at a house for me. Rachel answered that call and thanks to her I closed on the house less than a week later. The only reason this was possible is because her and her team. They are very knowledgeable, work with a great title company, are prompt, timely, and concise in all communications. I couldn't have imagined a smoother transaction. Thanks again, -B

I have used 8 different real estate agents. Rachel was by far the best agent I ever had. She listened to my concerns, and pointed out issues of concern I hadn't considered. She was attentive and responsive. Always timely answering my questions and requests. She has excellent communication and networking skills. Before my purchase she researched and contacted community vendors to get answers about septic, propane, so I could make a informed purchase. She intervened and made sure the title companies were acting in my best interest. Kept me informed all throughout the process. I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone.. She did great!!!

Rachel went above and beyond for my husband and I throughout our home buying journey! Our journey was very rocky, to say the least but Rachel eased our minds over and over and assured us we would find the perfect home for us no matter what it took. Fortunately enough for us, we found the perfect home for us that ended up being the very first home we looked at and put an offer on, but several months later after we had lost out on it the first time due to a bad appraiser. We went under two contracts and lost out on both until our favorite home became available again and we ended up getting it way under asking price so in the end it was totally worth it!! Rachel communicated with us very well and was always quick to reply to us and answered any questions we had a lot the way with no hesitation! She’s truly for her clients. I will forever recommend Rachel to anyone who is in need of a realtor! She is the absolute best and thanks to her, we’re living in our dream home!
