I could not have asked for a better experience working with Julie to buy my first home! She walked me through every step of the process and was easy to get ahold of when I had questions. Rachel helped us with a home transaction about 4 years ago, when we built and sold our house and then the buyers sold their house. A 3 way transaction that she completed seamlessly. Her knowledge and thoroughness is great appreciated and we recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

I worked with Julie to find and buy my new home in Grand Rapids and she was so kind and helpful throughout the process. I was living outside of Washington DC and looking to move up to the East Grand Rapids area and Julie was so accommodating to show homes virtually and even allowed for some of my local friends to tag along on every showing so that I felt confident in my decisions for each home with a second in-person opinion. She was always helpful with pointing out flaws and features of each home in the virtual tours and did a great job of giving me a feel of the layout and size of the areas which can be difficult to determine virtually. I was very happy with this process! Best of all Julie was always understanding and not pushy in any part of the process. She made sure to inform me and give me her recommendation, but she was always understanding and willing to talk through the process to determine the best way to proceed. Being new to Michigan, there were a lot of things that were different than the real estate market down in Virginia, Julie's expertise and experience were so helpful as she explained the ins and outs of the local market. In such a big, important, and often emotional process like buying a home, it is so important to feel heard and not feel pushed either, Julie had the perfect balance of being available and providing her expertise, while also listening to my thoughts and concerns and coming up with the best plan based upon all of those pieces put together. In the end Julie helped me to secure the perfect home for me and I am very thankful for her help throughout the buying process! Throughout the closing process Julie's team had Shannon available to assist me in working with the mortgage lender, title company, and sellers to ensure for a smooth close. Shannon was very helpful in answering all of my questions and working with all of the critical parties to ensure that we closed on the home without any issue. In fact, we were even able to close a week early! Thank you Julie, Shannon, and the entire team for your help!
