Ralph helped me close on an investment property recently and it was a great experience. He was very knowledgeable on all subjects related to purchasing a home; Familiar with the area, the home buying process, inspections, etc. He was quick to answer any and all questions that I had, and most importantly, always followed through on things that he said he would do. He was flexible with his schedule, and was willing to show me properties with short notice on multiple occasions. I would highly recommend Ralph for all of your Real Estate needs.

I would recommend using Ralph as my agent to any of my family and friends. Ralph is very polite, knowledgeable and experienced in all things real estate. He helped my close on my very first rental property during a time where we were continuously competing against multiple other offers. He also has the network to assist any investor or first time home buyer with anything that they could need (insurance, property management, lenders, etc). Thanks again Ralph!

Had a fantastic experience with Rafael Justiz. As is often the case our home purchase got complicated at the last moment with a few things popping up on inspection and other issues but he helped us navigate those choppy waters and get the deal done in the end. Before he showed us the home we would end up in we were shown 6-7 homes around the area where we had requested and Ralph nailed it almost every time. He never faltered once when asked to take care of something for us. Topnotch service and knowledge. We will be using him on any future real estate ventures and plan to refer anyone and everyone looking for a stand up real estate professional.

Ralph is the Best!!! Ralph knows the market and found us what we were looking for quickly. Buying property while out of state presented several challenges in itself. On top of that we were faced with unforeseen events while buying this property (COVID-19, it being Incorrectly attached to an HOA, dealing with storm damage that happened after our inspection period). Ralph made the whole process smooth, always had our best interests at heart, is a great communicator, and was just a Rockstar during it all! We cannot recommend him enough!
