Ralph is a very involved realtor and is very knowledgeable in his market. I purchased 2 homes through Ralph and he was efficient and pleasant to deal with. Above all, he listened to what I was looking for and quickly delivered.

Ralph Perrone listed our home for rent when we moved to another state. He found great renters for us and we had Ralph as our property manager. Our checks were always on time and he took all of the stress off of us. Would HIGHLY recommend Ralph and his company for property management, you won't be sorry.<br/><br/>At the end of 2012 we decided to sell our home after moving back to the area. Not only did we only call Ralph Perrone, he suggested a price that we NEVER would have thought to ask. Our house sold in 3 months in one of the most depressed areas in Florida. We also feel that everyone that came to see the house were people that were TRULY looking for a house, not just sightseeing! We had a very smooth transaction and Ralph took all of the stress off our shoulders once again! If you don't call Ralph Perrone, you will probably be sorry and your house will sit on the market for a lot longer than it needs to. Ralph Perrone is simply the best.

I have had a professional relationship with Ralph Perrone for years. He has sold property for me, rented property and is showing us property to buy.
