My sister and I were relocating from Denver, CO and when we found Renee she paved the way for us in Tennessee. We had many set backs with the sale in Colorado. She kept in touch with our sellers realtor in Tennessee and we were finally able to close on the property in Tennessee. From start to finish it took almost 3 months to get the deals done but with her help we succeeded. She is a good realtor and a wonderful person. Renee did a great job for me. The pics and video she did of my home were very professional. My home sold the first day, to the first person that came for a viewing. I feel that this was due to Renee's presentation.

Renee was very helpful in finding our new home. She filtered our "want list" carefully and showed homes that only fit our needs. Her advice on pluses and minuses like septic vs city sewer and rural vs urban locations helped eliminate several homes. Knowing area home values allowed us to negotiate a better price.

Renee stayed with me the whole way. She was very knowledgeable of the buying process and was reachable almost anytime via text messaging. If she didn't know the answer to my questions, which was rare, she knew who did. Almost all paperwork that I needed to review and sign could be done right on my phone. This was invaluable as my schedule is busy, and I live 45 minutes from Renee's office. I'll buy with her again.

Renee is awesome! Greeted us on the first day with a warm welcome and a smile. Renee traveled with us to South Tennessee to find the first house of our dreams. Spent a long day looking. We put in a contract....got to closing only to find out the seller did not have proper conservatorship to sell. We were really upset. Renee took us to find the second house of our dreams...and it is now ours. Each time we contacted Renee....she was there! Always knowledgable and helpful. If we ever sold our new home...she would be our listing agent. We really appreciate her!!! Chris and Mark Mainord
