I cannot praise Retta and her ability to guide me through what was an emotional and difficult process with such ease and kindness. From the moment she walked through the door, she listened to my whole story and I felt like here was somebody who cared and was there to help. (My mother had passed away as I was driving from California to Springfield Missouri and then I was left to deal with selling her house and disposing of all of the possessions within the house.) When I called Retta, who was referred by mother's neighbor, she set up an appointment to come out within 24 hours. When she arrived, she had already done a title search and discovered a "beneficiary deed of trust," which meant no probate! Hallelujah! When I didn't know what to do with all of the things left in the house, she had people to help with that. And help they did. They took care of everything and even cleaned the house for showing. I had to go back to California but I knew Retta was on top of everything and she kept me in the loop about all of the goings-on. When we needed something done, she had people to contact for repairs on the house, even for the roof that needed to be replaced. I know I could not have gotten through this without her help and the help of her staff. She told me that this is what she does and she likes to see it when it all comes together. She does an excellent job and as I said, I cannot praise her enough. I will say that when you engage with Retta, you have someone who cares about your sale as much as you do. I would also bet it would be the same if I were buying and she were helping me look. I would recommend her without hesitation. She's not only professional, but she's extremely kind and cares that this is a smooth process for you.

Retta has and continues to be an outstanding Real Estate Agent that goes the extra mile. I first met her in 2011. She has helped me and my husband buy three homes and sell two of them. This recent buy was kind-of a nightmare with our mortgage company but she kept on top of it all. She also helped us with removing appliances left that we didn’t need/want and even loaned me her tool box. ??Thanks Retta. Your the best!

Retta Crawford of C R Realty did a fantastic job for me. She was extremely knowledgeable and informative on every aspect of the home selling process. She kept me informed about developments in a timely fashion and was always available for questions and/or concerns. Retta also went above and beyond in helping me with my move. I am so grateful for all that she did and can recommend her with extreme confidence. She will do a great job for you!

Retta made buying a home a great experience. She was very knowledgeable and informative. She took the time to meet with us and answer every question that we had. She was very responsive and quick to get back to us on questions and to schedule showings when we we were interested in seeing a home. When looking at homes with Retta, she would take the time to point out cool or interesting features as well as potential issues and things that could cause issues in the future. Retta gave us great guidance when making our offers on homes, she helped provide us with the tools we needed to become more educated during the home buying process. If you’re looking to buy a home, I would definitely recommend Retta!

Retta was the best realtor we could have asked for! She made everything in this new home buying process so much easier on us. She was so knowledgeable in everything we needed to know throughout and was always available to answer all of our questions. She has been such a blessing to our family! So thankful to have had her help on our journey to finding our new home!
