Called about a lake house In Edwards Mo on stagecoach rd. We called the realtor to take a look at it. We get there and we love the place. Rhonda the realtor ended up being the sellers neighbor and friend and def didn’t have our best interest. Beware what you sign. We got caught up in the excitement of buying a new place and we were def not happy about her negotiation skills and wanted to find someone that had our best interest and she said we had signed a 6 months contract so we couldn’t buy anything in 6 months unless she received something from it. So please beware with her. Make sure you absolutely know what you are signing. We made that mistake. If you are looking at stagecoach come with your own realtor. To us she didn’t have our best interest.

If you are looking to buy Lake of the Ozarks property, you will want Rhonda on speed dial. Rhonda is quick and very responsive. Her experience shows in her quick solutions. The hardest thing about relocating is networking. Rhonda's area and nationwide networking experience is invaluable. Without it we would not have gotten our home in Nebraska sold as quickly. Rhonda was persistent and was able to find us more home than we ever expected. Rhonda took our years of planning and dreaming and really put the ball in motion for us.

Rhonda is on fire to sell! Not like many that get the listing and it just sits. I have used her on prior properties and currently have listing with her. She’s professional and goes above and beyond to make sure the properties close and evyetone is happy! I will be using her again also to find home to buy once my current one sells!!!

Rhonda sold our lake home and also showed us new properties in the Warsaw area. Very reliable and good to work with. Rhonda is knowledgeable about the properties she shows and the lake area in general. She is fair and honest. Highly recommended.

We listed our lake property with Rhonda after having it listed with another area agent for the 9 months with no offers. Rhonda met us on a holiday weekend although having company in for the weekend. She came completely prepared to list our home to the extent of bringing multiple copies of documents eliminating us having to sign, transport to our home in KC only to scan and return. She thoroughly explained the process and how she works and would represent us as a Seller's agent. She was organized and confident and made an efficient use of our time. She kept good on ALL her promises and commitments, was incredibly responsive and available to us. We were selling under very difficult circumstances and it gave us comfort to know that she was handling the sell of our home. She brought us a FULL PRICE offer within the first week! We believe that this was because she took time to stage the photos of all the pictures of the property, made certain that it was on a beautiful, sunny day. It was incredible! She ended up representing both parties but at no time did we ever feel as though OUR best interests weren't first. This property was a second home for us so there were times that we relied on her to "check in" on things and she was always happy to oblige. She even negotiated the sell of some of our personal items with the buyers. In the end the closing date was accelerated so she met us halfway to make sure the documents required on our end were available at the time of close. We have bought and sold a number of home in our lifetime and this was the most professional, comforting experience we have ever had! I can't say enough positive things about the experience except, I wish that she was authorized to work where we are looking to buy our next home! D&d
