My husband and I had been working with Rick for many years. As properties became available that we were interested in we would contact Rick and he would set up appointments that were convenient for us. When we made offers, Rick knew how to help us determine a good market value price. Finally, this year, we found our dream vacation home! Rick had great recommendations for home inspectors and title companies, a testament to his knowledge about the trustworthy experts in the area. Since we weren’t local to the area, Rick went out of his way to run a water test for us and chase down documents the mortgage company was requesting. He kept us informed through the entire process and was always available to answer our calls and e-mails. We can’t thank Rick enough for his patience with us through the years. And now we’re looking forward to our summers on the lake!

He had very little time to work with but still made the deal happen for me in the time given, it was practically a miracle! He also worked with us to financially make the deal happen when it was looking bad toward the end. There was some fast negotiating to do and presentations to go back to our buyers.

We are currently in the process of looking for homes. I couldn't be more thankful that we came across Rick. After working with several agents that were less then accommodating we met Rick. Not only has he constantly searched for a house within our budget and keeps school systems in mind, he has also set us up with mortgage brokers, recommended insurance companies, etc.

Rick is excellent. He listens to the customer, does his homework and works hard to serve his clients. In addition, his knowledge of the lakes region market is phenomenal.
