Courteous and customer concsious , very detail oreinted and friendly demeanor. Very patient person showed us multiple houses in multiple areas would definitely recommend and reuse if ever in the market again.

Richard is a neighbor and an expert on the area. He gave us names of local contractors to fix things before putting it on the market. Also good advice on what to do before selling. Posted pictures in the "coming soon" site. After we moved he checked on the house for us before the new folks moved in. If I had a reason I'd use him again
