He was always available whenever we had questions and concerns, he even helped speed up the buyer’s lending process even though he’s not the buyer's realtor and ultimately he successfully helped us sell our home. Richard was amazing from the very first encounter to closing and even up until move in. We purchased a home from out of state and it was our first home purchase, and he exceeded any expectations we had for this difficult time. He was so fast to respond any day and time via phone call or text. He was professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and provided his honest opinion on the homes he viewed for us which was so greatly appreciated because we had no experience on what to look for. He spotted details we would not have thought to consider. He provided videos and checked in on the home frequently up until we arrived. I highly recommend Richard and could not imagine a better experience with anyone else.

This was my second experience with Richard and if I could give more stars I would. He helped us sell our home this time and the entire process was super smooth, he’s always there to answer the millions of questions I have. He definitely goes above and beyond for his clients. Highly recommend for both buying and selling, he made both times a great experience for us.

Richard was always available to answer our questions and to show us homes any time we asked. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us the perfect home that fit right in our price range! We are thankful for Richard!
