Richard Rudledge was an amazing agent for the purchase and the sale of our house. Richard went above and beyond helping us with all the logistics, helping to arrange fixes before selling the house and suggestions on how to show the house. He was just as helpful when my wife and I had just arrived in town and did have all the local know-how. I would highly recommend Richard as a Real Estate Agent to anyone.

Richard was wonderful! He sold our old home and found us our new one. We were very nervous about buying and selling at the same time but Rich calmed us down with a good plan that made sense. He took every possible step to protect us and we are very grateful. The entire process went as seamless as he had promised. I highly recommend him, he is great!

This is by far the worst realtor I’ve ever encountered! I bought my first home through him and it has been literally the worst experience of my life! In my situation he never checked anything in the home and didn’t even have the invoices from what the sellers were supposed to fix. As a result, I’ve spent the last year dealing with arbitration, without his help! Why? Because he already got his paycheck and everything was someone else’s fault, according to him. And to top it all off, he showed up 15min late to the closing of the home. I was literally signing papers before he showed up! STAY AWAY!!! Don’t make the same mistake I did!!

Richard helped me and my boyfriend find the perfect home in Fort Wayne!! We had 6 people in our group.. (me, my boyfriend, and both our parents). Richard brought us to 13 homes in 1 day!!! He let us explore the home on our own, then was answer any questions we had. He went above and beyond with his involvement for my entire home buying experiencing... he prepared me for some of the lender information I would need and gave me advice on different types of home loans and what paperwork i should have ready. Totally outside of his job, and very helpful as a first time home buyer! Richard is very down to earth and realistic- We all loved him!!
