Tim was the best! When he came over to talk with us about selling our home, he was prepared! He talked to us about how the market was currently doing, how homes in our neighborhood were selling, and how many homes on the market were like ours. He put together a comprehensive plan and a realistic price point for us to work with. Tim also suggested that since our home was 10 years old, we should do a pre-inspection, to catch any surprises before hitting the market. He had great contacts to help us get our projects done quickly and efficiently. Our home sold the day it hit the market. His experience in his home town, is unmeasurable. Tim and his team made a complicated transaction easy! Selling our home is personal and Tim helped us out and made the whole overall experience feel not difficult at all.

Tim Green and the entire Sterling Realty Advisors team made the process of preparing my home for sale, selling my home, and downsizing into a villaminium as painless as possible. Because of their expertise and local knowledge, they were able to suggest contractors, painters, and other vendors that they had vetted. I had a great experience with all of the companies that I used and saved a lot of money They were immediately responsive to every question that I had and guided me every step of the way. Their ability to generate interest in our property and negotiate with possible buyers led to multiple showings and bids that kept getting better and better. We were able to get considerably more money for our home than the asking price, and it sold in two days. The entire team is knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, and friendly. My experience was exceptionally good, and I can't recommend them highly enough!

April was a HUGE help in our endeavor of finding our first home! From dealing with my constant texts with any and all houses to actually purchasing our home. It was smooth sailing with only minor disruptions from beginning to end. She was able to teach us what to look out for, what kinds of questions to ask, and focusing on the bigger issue at hand rather than the small things. Devan, Ande, and myself are very grateful for April's endless help and patience. She really did get us in a home before our daughter started walking - and that was the goal from the beginning!
