Kathy is an excellent realtor. We have never had a realtor that went above and beyond like she did to help us find our perfect home. She was patient and prompt in getting back to us when we had any questions. She has great knowledge about Oklahoma City and the surrounding areas which was a big help to us. Looking for a house with Kathy is like searching with a family member. She works in your best interest and prioritises education before prompting to make decisions. She not only works around the clock when needed but also has comprehensive resources for the maintenance and/or repairs that a property might need. She helped us close on our home and got the seller to come down to the appraisal price. She also negotiated appliances like washer-dryer and the refrigerator to be included in the sale. We were able to get the house as a back-up offer (per her suggestion) even after the seller accepted another offer at first. It is rare to come by kindness and competence in combination and Kathy is just that.
