Not only did Rita give me advice on selling my home which I was doing privately, but she worked with me for over a year to find the perfect new home for me and my daughter. She helped fine me a mortgage broker, came to the closing and followed up while I was doing renovations and after I moved in. She really takes you under her wing and works with you till you find the right home. She's a gem!!

When my husband and I were thinking about selling our house, I called Rita VanBuren for advice. She was a wealth of information, completely professional and honest. She explained everything to us from start to finish. I have known Rita for quite a while and I know what type of person she is professionally but she exceeded our expectations! She helped me with staging our home, then brought her photographer to take pictures. The pictures were amazing. Rita even got us through the emotional times, always positive and supportive. I would highly recommend her for buying or selling a home!

Rita has been the consummate professional from start to finish. As first time home buyers, Rita guided us tremendously throughout the entire process. From booking viewing appointments, to negotiations, she helped us every step of the way. Her knowledge and expertise allowed us to feel comfortable with her guidance. She promptly responded to phone calls and emails to answer all of our many questions. Rita is extremely personable and friendly, which made working with her a pleasure. Over the years my husband and I have bought and sold several houses from a variety of good realtors. Rita is heads above all the rest.
