Represented us in purchasing a bank owned home in hamlin in November 2018, was very helpful through out the entire process including securing the water was on through the city for our home inspection. Would definitely use her again and recommend her to others

We began talking to Rita Warner in August about a home purchase possibly in Hamlin, Tx. We were going to try the VA route first and initially spoke with a real estate agent in Rotan, Tx who scoffed at me simply saying "VA" and said there was "no way I would ever be able to find a house" using VA. When talking to Rita she never batted an eye and instead had a "Let's find you a home" attitude. She was extremely kind and patient with all our many questions as first time home buyers. Her communication skills and professional demeanor and attitude exceeded all expectations we had! She was in constant contact with us throughout the entire process and we simply could not ask for anyone better to work with than Rita Warner! She went above and way beyond to help us purchase our first home. We found Rita to be ethical, caring and very knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone in the market to either buy or sell a home. It simply does not get any better than Rita. We just cannot say enough positive things about her and the home buying experience. Even when we had "bumps in the road" she explained what was going on in a way we could easily understand and was constantly reassuring us we were going to make it all work out....and she did! Rita is an exceptional real estate agent but as we were blessed to find out through the entire process she's an even better human being.

Has no communication skills. Takes her couple days to a week. To answer any messages, or return phone calls. Would not use her again to sell a house. After remove the listing. She puts the house key in the mailbox. Very unprofessional, and not trustworthy. Beware of her.
