Rob helped us through a very difficult situation where we had to sell my Mom’s home in a 55+ community in Barnegat, while we reside in North Jersey. Rob went above and beyond with many arrangements, phone calls and so much more in helping us through the entire process. Our realtor, Rob Oden has got to be THE BEST realtor we have ever met and worked with. He patiently worked with us for almost two years when we were trying to find our NJ home while still living in California. It was challenging for my husband and I since COVID changed the real estate landscape throughout the country but Rob however, remained calm, patient, extremely detailed, honest and trust-worthy. His follow-up and expeditious responses to our needs was FIVE Star Rated and he always had our best interest at hand. We could not thank him enough for all that he has done for us. We are now living in our beautiful home in Greenbriar Oceanaire and could not be happier. I would highly recommend Rob Oden to any person Selling or Buying a home.

Rob did an outstanding job for us. This was our first home purchase and he helped us every step of the way, Always available when we needed him. Always went the extra yard. He even went as far as to offer to pay half of the cost for a gas line post closing because the builder refused to install prior to closing. He is the best and I highly recommend him.

Rob was extremely professional,helpful, knowledgeable, flexible and kind. He made the whole house buying process so easy. In my case there were so many issues that popped up and Rob handled every one and smoothed the way. He bent over backwards to make sure everything went smoothly. I would most definitely recommend him for all of your real estate needs.
