If you are working with Mrs. Jeri Anarumo, you are working with the best. Her expertise and knowledge of Real Estate and the rules that apply are beyond expectation. She is professional, sincere and courteous. In short...She is the Best. She gets the job done and goes all out to do it. She did the impossible and sold my "As Is" home that was hit by Hurricane Ian for a very good price and was able to work efficiently with the Sanibel Real Estate firm on the Island. Because of her there were no glitches and delays. In fact, we were able to close 8 days earlier which saved the Buyer money on increasing interest rates and protected the sale for me.

We have known Jeri for over 12 years, in fact we purchased our house through her. Over the years we met her family and feel very welcomed. When it came to sell there was no other realtor that we felt we could use. Jeri is the consumate professional and explained the procedures and pitfalls to us and kept us abreast of the situation constantly. The sale went through very quickly and without any problems. As non US citizens selling our hoilday home we would have no problem in recomending the Anarumo Group.
