We were introduced to Ian from a competing real estate agent from the Sarasota area we had been using to find homes across the State of Florida. She could not be more complimentary of a fellow realtor and for that reason, when we wanted to buy on Marco Island, Ian was our first and only call. We also toured homes with Ian who gave accurate real valuations of the listings and great local insights. The home we purchased is a rental property we eventually plan to call our home, and the deal had alot of hair on it to be candid. Ian was a consummate patient professional, never missed a call, text or email. He jumped through many hoops for both sides and went beyond to help us as buyers connect with local vendors and services during the inspection period through to post closing. We cannot express how thankful we were to find Ian. His family has been on the island for many years and we would hands down recommend Ian's services over many competing bigger firm Naples realtors with local Marco Island offices. We hope Ian is still in the business when it is time for our kids to sell our home. He deserves another sale from us for what he has gone through to get this deal done.

My wife and myself were both very comfortable with Clausen realtor,especially our agent Ian Clausen. He was very knowledgeable of Marco Island there was no pressure and we always felt he was looking at our best interest.

Ian is amazing in all aspects of real estate. He is extremely knowledgeable about Marco Island and Naples. We aren't quite ready to buy yet, just wanted to get a feel for the market. When we are ready, we wouldn't consider using anyone but Ian.
