Robert did a wonderful job helping me sell my mobile home. He was knowledgeable, efficient and personable. He kept me informed of all interested buyers. He maintained weekly contact with me. When there was not much interest in the property he gave me his professional opinion on what he thought our next steps should be. He contacted me as soon as he had a serious buyer and negotiated a fair price for my home. I am very happy with Robert Kosinski and would highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying or selling their home.

Would highly suggest working with Robert to any buyers! He knew the entire area, was very knowledgeable, and very honest about what certain properties were worth and not afraid to call out the bad eggs. Super helpful throughout the process and always made sure we were comfortable before moving forward with anything. Robert went to bat for us non stop in this crazy market and never had an issue submitting whatever, whenever we wanted. Ultimately he helped us purchase a home that we love and couldn’t have asked for any better!

My sister and I can't give enough praise for Robert Kosinski. Both of us live outside the Ocean County area and when we needed to sell our parent's home, Robert was instrumental in guiding us through EVERY STEP of the process. From doing the research to determine the best sale price to coordinating all the aspects of the sales negotiation, Robert managed all the details.
