Robert Vanston did an amazing job for us: price above asking, no financing contingency, quick close. We could not have had a better broker. I would use him again on either a house purchase or sale.

Robert was our second choice of realtor but wish he was the first. The first agent lacked confidence and local knowledge and we were feeling processed. An acquaintance suggested and even though we were out of his service area, he agreed to work with us. Fantastic! Told him what we wanted and he showed us one house. ONE! It was perfect. Done, closed, happy as can be. He won't work with you unless pre-approved though fyi.

We moved here from out of state in a job transfer within the DOJ and Bob showed us everything in two counties. We actually bought the first house he wanted to show us.... that we didn't want to see. Knows the area, knows real estate, doesn't lack for confidence. Thanks RJ!

Mr. Vanston was impolite and discourteous in his replies to my requests to see a home. By the third time, he did send me a thorough response, but that was too late for me. I have conducted survey research and worked in customer service for more than a decade and I was shocked by the response that I received from him. I would not recommend this person.

Bob is a wonderful person and a great salesperson. A rare combination. He and his team priced our house correctly and marketed it aggressively to ensure that it sold quickly and for a fair price. We followed his suggestions and our house sold in two months. We have gone through a few real estate transactions to date and this was one of the smoothest and most enjoyable. Bob is a pleasure to work with and we would recommend him to anyone.
